Correlation of Sleep Quality with Emotional Regulation and Repetitive Negative Thoughts: A Casual Model in Pregnant Women

摘要: Background: Given the significance of sleep quality among pregnant women and its effects on health fetus mothers, present study aimed to investigate correlation with repetitive negative thoughts emotional dysregulation women. Methods: In this correlational descriptive study, 300 women, residing in Kermanshah presenting OB/GYN offices during a month, were selected through convenience sampling. Three questionnaires utilized for data collection: thoughts, dysregulation, Pittsburgh index (PSQI). Finally, was analyzed SPSS V. 21 Amos 21. Results: The results revealed that all components positively correlated sleep, there significant relationships between three sleep. Further, indicated could (0.22) (P < 0.009).
