摘要: An Andalusian sample of 140 women entrepreneurs (age: 19-66, M = 42.38, DT 9.12) filled in an electronic-based questionnaire on entrepreneurship and business characteristics. The results show a relationship between the evolution turnover two last years educational level entrepreneurs’ employees. On one hand, positive education entrepreneur profits behaviour company was observed. higher education, better (r .41, p < 0.001, unilateral). other we do find significant statistical number employees having university degree .23, 0.003, unilateral), which means that woman entrepreneur, more graduated company. is even when considered rate .35, Those suggest might function as protector against economic meltdown.
