摘要: UV radiation is an important stress factor for plants which may result in damage to genetic system and cell membranes several metabolic processes. UV-B has greater damaging effects on because the macromolecules such as DNA protein having strong absorption at 280-320 nm. In present study, was given seeds of Zea mays L. two different time intervals (30 60 min) that stressed were grown under normal environment condition. The leaves 10 th 20 day seedlings collected analysis profiles. Protein analyzed by SDS-PAGE Restriction enzymes. When compared with control plants, increased numbers bands observed treated plants. study concluded plant synthesis new proteins treatment adaptation environmental conditions. These could be used biomarkers identification plant. Identification quantitative trait loci resistance well effective analytical tool. This approach promising, considering saturated marker maps are now available both model crop
