摘要: With the increasing need for underground opening's support and knowledge available today in concrete technology, shotcreting, particularly wet-mix process, is great demand. Successful pumping operations however usually require a certain amount of experience. On one hand, engineers design mixture with high workability ease transport through hose system, on other they strive that relatively stiff, adhesive, cohesive to achieve good adhesion build-up vertical or overhead shooting surfaces. This article presents some most recent research understanding key parameters affecting mobility stability under pressure, i.e. pumpability. Taking into account mechanics full size equipment, concept Real Paste Content introduced as minimal quantity effective paste pressure system. Experimental results used validate allow explanation behavioral variations between different mixtures.
