摘要: A curvilinear, orthogonal coordinate system, which resembles the pattern of periclines and anticlines in cellular network root apices, is presented. The system makes possible an analysis dynamics apical growth: relationship between growth rates tensile stresses cell walls. In this paper used modeling partitioning domes. symplastic described by means tensor assumed to have diagonal form so its lines represent principal directions rate. assure temporal stability structure modeled apex including transition from dome cylindrical part apex. spatial aspects two types apices-one with maximum volumetric relative rate at center region apex, another minimum (quiescent center)-are described. results merophytes, ribs cells (inside proper) converging toward quiescent center.
