摘要: The use of BrdU (5′-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine) is a widely accepted method for the detection cell proliferation. Despite good performance, this has yet shown some disadvantages such as destruction target DNA in order to allow antibody-driven colorimetric/fluorescent newly synthesized cells. This harsh destructing attack on system can be overcome by using EdU (5′-ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine) innovative based click chemistry.
