摘要: A theory of the origins hand preferences (Annett, 1972) is outlined and its implications for distribution cerebral speech in handedness groups are examined. Five studies dysphasia right left handers with unilateral lesions compared found surprisingly consistent. Data from three series alike all essential respects combined to give a substantial number cases which test expectations theory. The agreement close enough justify reconsideration model light evidence also an analysis possible reasons main differences between series. In spite many uncertainties involved inferences laterality, it concluded that strong offer useful hypotheses as groups. Other questions bearing on briefly considered order show explanatory range power
