The preparation of regiospecific tritiated and deuterated dibenzacridines by catalytic exchange and [14-14C]dibenz-[a,j]acridine

摘要: A practical synthesis of [14-3H]dibenz[a,j]acridine and [7-3H]dibenz[a,h]acridine is reported from the parent hydrocarbon by catalytic exchange with tritium gas in presence palladium on calcium carbonate. Analogous regiospecific labelling deuterium was also affected. In addition [14-14C]dibenz[a,j]acridine prepared [14C]paraformaldehyde.
