摘要: We have designed an expression vector for the secretion of human interleukin-6 (hIL-6) in which mature protein is fused through a spacer peptide, containing KEX-2 like processing signal, to entire Aspergillus niger glucoamylase (glaA) gene. Transformation nidulans with this results fungal strains secreting equimolar amounts and IL-6 proteins. The KEX2-type Lys-Arg, recognized cleaved efficiently by enzyme present A. resulting authentic hIL-6 at levels up 5 mg/l.
