摘要: Liposomes labeled with [14C]coenzyme Q10 in the lipid bilayer were coated various polysaccharide derivatives, i.e., palmitoyl conjugates of pullulan, pullulan phosphate, amylopectin, amylopectin phosphate and sulfate. The kinetics disposition tissue distribution after intravenous injection liposomes into guinea pigs investigated. Lung uptake radioactivity O-palmitoyl amylopectin- phosphate-coated was 5- 3-times higher, respectively, at 30 min than that conventional liposomes. For doubly [3H]inulin Q10, 3H/14C ratios lung, spleen heart similar to one another. Urinary excretion encapsulated amylopectin-coated much lower unencapsulated [3H]inulin. These observations suggest are rather stable vivo taken up tissues intact form.
