摘要: Abstract The results of thermopower S measurements performed on implanted polyparaphenylene and polyimide films between 150 K 450 are presented. implantations Caesium or Iodine ions in with low parameters induce a sign characteristic to chemical nature the an increase ISI at around 350 due transition from VRH process polaronic conduction. With sample higher energy (E = 250 keV) dose (D 2 × 1015 ions/cm2) p type n doping 400 is attributed migration negative oxygen as case samples where similar behaviour found.
