摘要: Purpose To develop and demonstrate the feasibility of a silent respiratory navigator technique for prospective triggering, which was incorporated into three-dimensional radial zero-echo-time sequence navigated abdominal imaging. Methods A nonselective hard excitation radiofrequency pulse used with derated readout gradient, to avoid generation high levels acoustic noise. The acquired signals were processed in real time triggering sequence. Ten healthy volunteers scanned using proposed conventional techniques at 1.5 T. An noise measurement A-weighted continuous equivalent sound pressure level also performed. Results The pressure–level values background noise, imaging, conventional, navigators 68.3, 68.4, 102.5, 69.4 dBA, respectively. Excellent correlation coefficients greater than 0.9 observed between bellows displacement calculated from navigators. Sharpness portal vein both navigator–triggered images significantly higher those nontriggered images.
