摘要: A general and practical route has been considered for the synthesis of stable heterocyclic phosphorus ylides by a one-pot condensation reaction between dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates triphenylphosphine in presence -SH or -NH compounds such as 5mercapto-1-methyltetrazole 5-aminotetrazole.
