Neutrino flux calculations for the ISIS spallation neutron facility

摘要: Abstract The neutrino flux produced by the spallation neutron source ISIS at position of KARMEN experiment is calculated to an accuracy 6.7%. Contributions from and μSR targets νμ, νe, ν ¯ μ fluxes, due π+ μ+ decay rest, are evaluated. Results presented in terms neutrinos per proton for incident beams 750 800 MeV. contamination e, π− decay-in-flight μ− decay-at-rest chain, found be 0.06% with 12%.
