摘要: Recycling packaging waste is a major objective for the European Union. The law sets clear targets recycling rates to be attained by all member states. Hence, analyze operations and added costs resulting from this environmental policy an important research topic. Since every state has its own system, there lack of information regarding true life cycle how these have been allocated various participants. This study illustrates Portuguese case discusses financial transfers made company that manages Green Dot scheme.
