摘要: Using the current instantiation of Air and Space Operations Center (AOC), desired evolution it, AOC is shown to be best thought as a complex system. Complex Systems are alive constantly changing. They respond interact with their environments – each causing impact on (and inspiring change in) other. We make case that traditional systems engineering (TSE) approach does not scale AOC; consequently, we don’t believe TSE scales “enterprise.”
