摘要: This study reports the first observations of effective erythema radiation (EER) from an arid region Iran. The hourly and daily measured clear-sky global solar (G) biologically important EER incident on a horizontal surface at Esfahan, Iran, during 2002–2004 are used. irradiation was recorded by spectrophotometer Brewer type MK IV mounted roof Esfahan site. total broadband using Eppley Pyranometer (Kipp & Zonen CM) same Using mentioned experimental data, linear relationship (EER = β × G + α) is established between integrated totals (300–3000 nm). At statistically significant levels (p 0.92) good correlation found. observed data routine meteorological measurement many stations such would enable estimates to be made accessible records. seasonal variability EER/G also discussed. effect annual cycles zenith angle (SZA) column ozone (TCO) ratios (EER/G) presented correction factors determined for inclusion cycle.
