摘要: From September, 1967, to January, 1974, a clinical trial was carried out by the WHO Melanoma Group evaluate efficacy of elective lymph-node dissection in treatment malignant melanoma extremities with clinically uninvolved regional lymph nodes. Treatment prospectively randomized: 267 patients excision primary and immediate regional-lymph-node 286 at time appearance metastases.
