摘要: The aim of this study was to analyze the electromyographic signal rectus femuris (RF), vastus lateralis (VL), biceps (BF), tibialis anterior (TA), and gastrocnemius (GL) muscles seven male volunteers, during different running velocities; determine compare EMGFT (electromyographic fatigue threshold), LT (lactate threshold) AT (anaerobic threshold). protocol started with a velocity 10 km.h -1 each three minutes elapsed occurred an increments 1 until exhaustion, 30 second interval between increment collect 25 μl blood. increase RMS values verified in RF velocities 12 14 . showed similarity indexes were found following significant differences: > LT; VL LT. These data confirmed viability using as possible indicator muscle fatigue.
