摘要: Abstract Purpose Through analysis, the elastograms characteristics of breast lesions Chinese women, a suitable diagnostic standard quasistatic ultrasound elastography (UE) for women was proposed. Methods From June 2010 to March 2012, 1036 consecutive female patients (mean age, 44 years old) with were recruited into multicenter retrospective study, which involved 8 centers across China. Each institutional ethic review board approved and all gave written informed consent. All underwent UE examination. Two radiologists analyzed separated 10 types. A final diagnosis made on basis histologic findings. The analyzed. Receiver operating characteristic curves plotted evaluating performance. Sensitivity, specificity, accuracy calculated. Differences in sensitivity, tested by using McNemar test. Results There 1150 (593 benign, 557 malignant). highly significant correlation between elastogram color distribution percentage malignant lesions, value 0.92 (2P  Conclusion could give valuable assessment lesions.
