摘要: The direct reduction of 1,2-B10C2H12 with sodium metal in tetrahydrofuran produced the B10C2H122– ion, treatment ion water afforded two isomeric B10C2H13– ions, least stable which could be thermally converted to more stable; analysis n.m.r. spectra these ions indicate that they may include a methylene type polyhedral carbon atom; pyrolysis [Me4N][B10C2H13] Me3N·BH2B10C2H11 and [Me4N][7,9-B9C2H12].
