摘要: Abstract Molybdates are inorganic materials with great potential in white phosphors application, being an alternative to traditional lighting sources. In this study, we report the synthesis and characterization of Mg1-xSrxMoO4 (x = 0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1) powders light-emitting properties. Using X-ray diffraction, formation monoclinic β-MgMoO4 phase was observed for x = 0 tetragonal scheelite SrMoO4 x = 1. The a heterostructure composed both phases found compositions x = 0.25, 0.50 0.75. Scanning trasmission electron microscopy images showed that particles exhibit spherical morphology formed by several primary nanoparticles. Raman scattering spectroscopy enabled accurate identification modes different their assignment either or modes. bandgap energies were determined fluctuate between 4.25 eV 4.44 eV, influenced degree structural disorder. photoluminescence emission spectra nanoparticles neutral- cool-white high-quality light (CRI > 80%). samples synthesized x ≤ 0.50 application LED lamps (6500 K) pure white-light sources (5500 K).
