摘要: Current trends in fossil-fuel use and inefficient land will lead to large global environmental problems with respect climate change biodiversity loss. Technical economically feasible options are available meet the challenge avoid these problems. The main issue is that of creating institutional policy conditions for a more sustainable economy.
