Domain wall propagation in Fe-rich microwires

摘要: We studied the velocity of domain wall propagation, v, Fe 69 Si 10 B 15 C 6 with different metallic nucleus diameter, d, and total D (d = 14 μm, 33 μm d= 18 23.4μm, respectively) in temperature range between 78 300K at frequencies applied magnetic field. It is worth mentioning that v(H) dependence essentially not linear, showing significantly higher mobility, S=dv/dH, lower field limit. Domain S, increases increase temperature. From dependence, critical field, H cr , associated change slope on propagation fields 01 02 for regions, respectively, are determined. All characteristics, S(H) Her sensitive to sample geometry, i.e., internal stresses. The origin such stresses discussed terms magnetoelastic energy contribution.
