摘要: Abstract In recent years, substantial progress has been made in understanding the role of cell wall-degrading enzymes virulence fungal pathogens using genetic tools. A homologous recombination-mediated targeted gene disruption a single pectolytic decreased multiple pathogens. Furthermore, differential regulation that encodes enzyme during infection under different host environments recently examined, and pH sugars are involved polygalacturonase gene. We will provide brief overview biology macerating diseases caused by phytopathogenic Alternaria particular hosts, followed description possible mechanisms controlling expression genes encoding infected host.
