摘要: A combination of four Y. enterocolitica strains was inoculated with and without five competing psychrotrophic bacteria, into milk that had been pasteurized using ultra-high-temperature procedures. Milk at two levels held 3°C 25°C, bacteria monitored for growth. At 3°C, cells per ml increased from 250 to more than 4.6 × 107 in less 3 wk. Growth identification were determined organisms 10 days 3°C. After days, the total count 1.7 milk. Pseudomonas fluorescens accounted 43% 60 randomly picked colonies representative microbial population Competing isolated following order decreasing frequency: Micrococcus varians, Alcaligenes faecalis, Achromobacter pestifer, Bacillus cereus. not present among picked, but detected low numbers Bismuth Sulfite Agar spread plates. This work indicated has capacity growth refrigeration temperatures, is a poor competitor common spoilage organisms.
