摘要: Aims: The ability of 31 Lactobacillus plantarum strains to adhere biological matrixes was evaluated, and the molecules involved in adherence were studied. Methods Results: Mucin, basement membrane proteins Caco-2 cells used adhesion tests. These vitro assays, together with a yeast agglutination test, found be discriminative for screening Lact. adhesion. Some strains, such as 299v, CBE, BMCM12, Col4S T25, shown possess interesting properties at least two models. these strongly inhibited when bacterial pretreated trypsin. Lithium chloride methyl-α-D-mannoside also lower extent. Conclusions: depends on both model strain used. chemical enzymatic pretreatments applied suggested that lectin-like adhesins other proteinaceous cell-surface structures are strains. Significance Impact Study: We great diversity between strains. Based upon adhesive property candidates identified, will undergo further study potential probiotics.
