摘要: A child with the cerebro-hepato-renal syndrome of Zellweger, who was originally diagnosed as having DiGeorge syndrome, studied and transplanted unsuccessfully cultured thymus. The pertinent literature is reviewed importance distinguishing two disorders emphasized. Autopsy studies reveal that thymic fragments can attract lymphoid aggregates early 2 wk after transplantation.
