摘要: Studies assessing the tolerance of Asiatic clam, Corbicula spp., to a variety chemical, environmental, and physical stressors are summarised reviewed. A majority studies were conducted (1) in laboratory, (2) with juvenile adult stages (3) only one stressor per treatment. Trends data demonstrate that equivalent median lethal concentrations generated using both static flow-through techniques; substantial increases levels mortality among treated clams obtained by extending exposure durations; incorporation recovery periods into experimental designs permitted development latent mortalities clams; (4) larvae was stage dependent while adults not; (5) higher when tests at temperatures; (6) testing presence substrate resulted decrease clams. The implications these findings discussed relation efforts mitigate fouling effects industrial cooling water systems toxic chemicals.
