摘要: A multidimensional counter-current chromatographic system was set up for the first time with two sets of high-speed chromatography instruments. This successfully applied to preparative separation isorhamnetin, kaempferol and quercetin from crude flavone aglycones Ginkgo biloba L. Hippophae rhamnoides a two-phase solvent composed chloroform-methanol-water (4:3:2, v/v/v).
