摘要: Talaromyces marneffei is an emerging opportunistic infection among immunocompromised patients. We observe the first native case of disseminated T. marneffei involving kidney in a renal transplant recipient mainland China. describe comprehensive clinical course, and ultrasound imaging transplant biopsy, pathologic images, electron microscopy observation biopsy specimen, highlighting relevance findings blood culture. also focus on treatment good outcome patient. Then we review literature show additional 10 reported cases recipients. In addition, discuss new methods rapid diagnosis marneffei. brief, timely proper important recipient.
