摘要: One embodiment of the present invention provides a system that wakes up sleeping target located on LAN (Local Area Network) from remote LAN. Because is in sleep state, it receives packets lower-layer protocol which cannot be used by to directly send system. During operation, creates wake-up packet. The then uses second packet relay agent Upon receiving first packet, system, causes wake up.
