摘要: Several factors can affect performance of an ultrasound system such as quality excitation signal and transducer behaviour. Nonlinearity piezoelectric transducers is a key determinant in designing proper driving power supply. Although, the nonlinearity impedance has been discussed different literatures, trend at frequencies with respect to voltage variations not clearly investigated practice. In this paper, demonstrate how behaves, sandwich piezoceramic was excited frequencies. Different signals were generated using linear amplifier multilevel converter within range 30–200 V. Empirical relation developed express resistance nonlinear function both resonance frequency. The measurements revealed that higher ranges, be easily saturated. Also, it shown for composed two (one transmitter one receiver), output measured across receiver resistor RLC branches related transducer.
