摘要: Summary This paper considers cardiopulmonary resuscitation in obstetric patients at term and the influence of aortocaval compression on outcome. The maximum chest force produced by eight physicians was measured as a function angle inclination using an inclined plane. 27° is 80% that supine position Cardiff wedge, designed to prevent compression, described with this inclination. Midwives' expertise basic life support 6 months after instruction assessed manikin simulator. majority had acquired errors external mouth ventilation. These were corrected additional tuition. Resuscitation wedge found be efficient position.
