摘要: We report herein the synthesis of various derivatives isomannide and isosorbide. Alkylation on N-(diphenylmethylene)glycine tert-butyl ester show new catalysts to be effective phase-transfer with moderately good enantioselectivity. The effect exo endo substituents enantioselectivity alkylation reaction have also been studied.
