摘要: Although developed somewhat later, silicon-based cross-coupling has become a viable alternative to the more conventional Suzuki-Miyaura, Stille-Kosugi-Migita, and Negishi reactions because of its broad substrate scope, high stability silicon-containing reagents, low toxicity waste streams.
