摘要: Abstract This paper describes the effect of composition rutile-type Sn/V/Nb/Sb mixed oxides catalysts on catalytic performance in gas-phase ammoxidation propane to acrylonitrile. The variation atomic ratio between components is key for control activity and selectivity. In samples with 1/0.2/1/x (0 ≤ x ≤ 5) 1/0.2/y/3 (0 ≤ y ≤ 3) several compounds formed, i.e., SnO2, Sb/Nb oxide, Sb6O13 non-stoichiometric V/Nb/Sb/O; latter segregated preferentially at surface catalyst. Tin oxide provided rutile matrix dispersion oxides. main role Sb was shown generate containing specific sites allylic propylene intermediately formed. presence Nb enhanced selectivity these sites.
