摘要: We study the correlation between stellar mass and metallicity in Evolution Assembly of GaLaxies their Environments (EAGLE) suite cosmological hydrodynamical simulations. At a given mass, simulated galaxies with lower metallicities show, on average, higher gas fractions, specific star formation rates younger populations. Active galactic nuclei feedback seems to play an important role determination at high masses. In general, systems follow well-defined anticorrelation fraction, which does not evolve significantly redshift. All these trends are consistent previous findings regarding star-forming EAGLE.
