摘要: A stable oil-in-water emulsion for use in cosmetic or pharmaceutical compositions includes as the emulsifying system therefor a combination of (i) mixture (1) mono- di-alkyl carboxylates α-methyl glucoside, thereof and (2) glucoside polyoxyethylenated with 10-30 moles ethylene oxide, thereof, said alkyl moiety each being linear branched having from 11-21 carbon atoms, (ii) lecithin, (iii) egg yolk oil, (iv) polyacrylic type polymer.
