摘要: Restricting the sugar moiety of a nucleic acid to single conformation can be accomplished by forming bridge in sugar. A large number bridged acids with variable structures and conformations have been developed. The synthesis properties these artificial analogues are discussed. Such conformational restriction significantly improved acid.
