摘要: Industrial structure optimization model can effectively support sustainable economic development. This study firstly summarized four types existing industrial models. Based on reviews of these models, this proposed an inexact chance-constrained fuzzy programming for optimization. has three features: (1) the considers many social and ecological environment factors which provide various development strategies; (2) uncertainties are discrete intervals, sets probabilities; therefore, reflect uncertain features system without excessive hypothesis; (3) quantitive relationship between benefit increasing environmental cost retardant in system. The is applied to Hefeng County, Hubei Province, China. results provided a series desired patterns emission scenarios under uncertainty could help government industry decision makers area formulate appropriate policies balance protection. modelling quantity deeply analysis trade-off economical
