摘要: Two types of cracking, namely sulphide stress cracking (SSC) and hydrogen-induced (HIC), were evaluated in linepipe steels using NACE standard solution to establish the metallurgical parameters that control HIC SSC. Quantitative experiments indicate a threshold hydrogen concentration for below which no will initiate. Propagation cracks occurs by assisted fracture matrix surrounding site where initiation occurs. The susceptibility containing Cr, Ni, Mo under diffusion was been investigated electrochemical methods. As content alloying elements increased, apparent coefficient (D) permeation rate (Jth) embrittlement decreased. Hydrogen (Co) steel TM-0177 solutions increased due decreasing D with Cr content, although permeability (J × L) decreased, sulfide as result. Moreover, exhibited clear effect J L, consequently resistance SSC improved increasing content.
