摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the effects of secondary particle or aggregate size on catalyst reactivity for TCE degradation. A good photoreactor design must maintain both high effectiveness and photon utilization. However, geometry is usually constrained by light source. Titanium dioxide (TiO2) most commonly used photocatalyst PCO process because its excellent chemical stability, catalytic activity, easy availability. TiO2 catalysts controlled primary sizes were successfully prepared using a modified sol-gel method. These have identical morphology. Although surface area unaffected size, activity photo-oxidation exhibited strong dependency size. Comparison two reactor configurations, fiat-plate, differential indicates that provides better mineralization pollutant.
