摘要: Association of malignant melanoma (MM) with various clinical forms skin depigmentation is well-known. We report a case highlighting the importance careful examination patients hypomelanoses, including vitiligo and halo nevi, in order to exclude presence MM. A 66-year-old woman presented 6-month history vitiligo-like face nevi. Physical unexpectedly revealed also regressing MM associated clinically evident lymphoadenopathy. Predominant dermoscopic features lesion were an irregular vascular pattern regression structures, peripheral areas pigmentation without pigment network. The literature concerning association between leukoderma reviewed.
