摘要: Active hexose correlated compound (AHCC) is a natural with the potential to be used as an immunoenhancer in cases which immune system compromised. The purpose of this study was evaluate effects on function healthy adults aged 50 years or more. production interferon (IFN)-γ and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α by CD4(+) CD8(+) T cells measured flow cytometry peripheral blood obtained from subjects at different time points after AHCC intake. frequency producing IFN-γ alone, TNF-α both increased during intake compared baseline values. Furthermore, such remained high even 30 days discontinuing AHCC. Overall, these findings suggest that enhances cell responses elderly persons taking least obtain effect, up treatment compound.
