摘要: Methods and devices are provided for knee joint replacement with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) substitution. Generally, the methods can allow a to be partially or totally replaced in conjunction substitution of joint's ACL. In one embodiment, prosthesis include medial lateral femoral implant, intercondylar notch structure, tibial insert, an ACL-substitution member. The member configured engage structure during full range motion and/or only early flexion.
