摘要: During 1981-1983 467 women underwent curettage for bleeding disorders at the University Hospital in Lund Sweden. Hormonal receptor analyses and histological were conducted each patient. Frozen plasma remained after routine blood tests 65 of these (between 32-51 years old) researchers analyzed prolactin. In addition staff took case histories on patient such as information age when woman began taking oral contraceptives (OCs). The interviewers did not know patients hormone values. Women who OC use <25 old had a significantly higher ratio 1n prolactin estrogen (ER) than reamining (p=.047 Mann-Whitney U test). Researchers adjusted duration menstrual cycle phase menarche first full term pregnancy parity found that none variables explained effect starting age. Weak insignificant correlations existed between early (rs=.13) ER (rs=.16). 19% starters ratios more extreme 95% starters. Similarly an earlier breast cancer study revealed 22% Research shows reduced risk carcinoma uterus but increases cancer. This provides evidence humans may strongly affect hormonal levels status exposure occurred.
