摘要: Abstract In this paper, we propose a statistical model for the formation of metal nanoparticles in homogeneous infinite medium. The Ising-like Hamiltonian system is analysed using self-consistent field approximation lattice-gas model. Exclusively direct atom–atom interactions are considered. A special role surface atoms and their interaction with external medium discussed detail. grand thermodynamic potential calculated other functions obtained. consistent set equations found describing both radii density (occupation number). essential nonhomogeneity process arising proved. temperature dependence formed gold estimated variance sizes calculated.
