摘要: Firm growth is an important indicator of a thriving economy. Although the determinants firm have been studied in various disciplines, integrated analysis still lacking. This paper attempts to provide such analysis. Many are summarized and classified into three dimensions: individual, organizational, environmental determinants. By conducting empirical study using 523 Dutch small medium sized firms, we identify which measured by employment growth.
