摘要: Clinical practice guidelines are expected to promote more consistent, effective, and efficient medical practices, especially if implemented in clinical Decision Support Systems (DSSs). With the goal of properly representing efficiently handling affected by uncertainty inter-connected between them, this paper proposes a hybrid fuzzy inference approach for building DSSs. It provides set specifically devised functionalities best modeling reasoning on particular knowledge underpinning guidelines: i) it organizes whole DSS into self-contained sub-systems which able independently reason piece according their peculiar scheme; ii) global scheme has been defined such sub-systems, classical crisp expert system approach. As proof concept, proposed applied practical case, showing its capability supporting multiple levels and, thus, highlighting possibility being profitably used model complex actual scenarios.
